Syncing with iCloud

Keep your tasks, notes and events in sync across your Macs using your private iCloud account.

Turning sync on

Open Settings ▸ Sync and switch on iCloud sync. Do the same on your other Mac, signed in with the same Apple Account, and your data stays in sync between them.

Where your data lives

Synced data is stored in your private iCloud database through Apple’s CloudKit. We have no access to it. With sync off, everything stays on your Mac only.
